Dalt Williams Quintet

Enjoying live jazz music on the shores of Suisun Marina with the cool breezes from the Suisun Marsh is a fantastic way to spend a lazy summer Sunday afternoon.  Bring your family, friends or church group to the Waterfront District for an afternoon of great music and picnicking!

The concerts run weekly from 3-5 p.m. on Harbor Plaza at Main Street and Solano Street.

The Dalt Williams Quintet featuring vocalist Tranishia Gholston is a “swinging” group of musicians committed to performing America’s #1 art form…..JAZZ. These talented musicians are particularly skilled in performing the great American popular music written in the period of 1920 to 1960 (which lends itself well to the jazz genre). Be it Dixieland, Swing, BeBop, Latin, or just plain Blues; the Dalt Williams group with Tranishia Gholston are versatile in performing the many styles of jazz.

With a collective total of 175 years performing jazz, they have a wide variety of experiences performing in club, dance, touring, concert, and festival venues. Among some of the notable musicians they have performed with are Bay Area Jazz Ensemble, Charlie Barnet, Tony Bennett, Joe Dodge, Ella Fitzgerald, Vince Guaraldi, Earl “Fatha” Hines, Quincy Jones, Buddy Morrow, Eddie Peabody, Norbert Stachel, Ed Thigpen, Al Trobbe, and Claude Thornhill.
